Chair of Trustees – Citizens Advice Bexley (Voluntary Role)

We are seeking a new Chair of Trustees to lead our board and help shape the future of Citizens Advice Bexley.

This is an opportunity to use your leadership experience to make a real impact in the local community, working closely with our trustees and CEO to provide strategic direction and strong governance.

Time commitment is approximately 16–24 hours per year.

1) Volunteer Advice Assistant

As a Volunteer Advice Assistant, you can help people obtain benefits and services that will improve their lives. This role may be suitable for someone who does not have the time available to become a Volunteer Advisor.

Our volunteers find the experience extremely rewarding, and some of them use their experience as a stepping stone to a new career in paid employment.

Bexley Citizens Advice is part of Citizens Advice, which has been providing advice for over 80 years.

What skills do I need?

The required skills are an ability to listen, communicate clearly, and to use a computer.
