We always take up references, so please give the names and addresses of two people, other than family, who can tell us about you e.g. an employer, teacher or someone who knows you well. You will not be able to start with us until we receive these.

At the same time, we’re firmly committed to equal opportunities and ensure that no one is unfairly excluded because of past convictions. With the exception of sexual offences against a child or vulnerable adult, all other offences are considered individually. We take into account factors such as any potential risk to clients, the circumstances and relevance of the offence, how long ago it occurred, and the overall reputation of the organisation.
